License
Lock Chime for Tesla is licensed, not sold, to you. The license is governed by Apple's standard EULA, which applies in addition to these terms.
What the app does
The app converts audio or MIDI files you provide into a 16-bit 44.1 kHz WAV file (LockChime.wav) under 1 MB, suitable for the Tesla Boombox feature on supported vehicles. You provide the source content; the app processes it on your device.
Source content
You are responsible for any music, sound effects, or MIDI you import or download through the in-app browser. You may only export and use audio you have rights to. Many MIDIs surfaced through the in-app BitMidi search may be community uploads with unclear copyright; use them at your own risk and only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Vehicle compatibility
The Boombox feature is implemented and controlled by Tesla. Whether your vehicle exposes a "Lock Sound" option, accepts a particular WAV file, or behaves as expected is entirely up to Tesla's software. We make no warranty that the file produced by the app will work in any specific vehicle.
In-app purchase
A one-time Pro purchase unlocks unlimited LockChime.wav exports and removes ads. The purchase is processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damage to your device, USB drive, vehicle, or audio equipment arising from your use of the app or the files it produces. You use it at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Lock Chime for Tesla はライセンス提供されるアプリです（販売ではありません）。Apple の標準 EULA に準拠します。
提供されたオーディオまたは MIDI を端末上で Tesla Boombox 用の 16-bit 44.1 kHz WAV（1 MB 以下）に変換します。素材の利用権は利用者ご自身でご確認ください。BitMidi の検索結果はコミュニティ投稿が多く、著作権が不明確な場合があるため、個人的・非商用目的に限ってご利用ください。
Boombox 機能は Tesla が実装・管理しています。あなたの車両が「ロック音」オプションをサポートするか、特定の WAV を受け入れるかは Tesla のソフトウェア次第であり、当方は車両ごとの動作を保証しません。
Pro の買い切りは Apple が処理します。返金は Apple のポリシーに従います。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。利用に伴う損害について一切の責任を負いません。自己責任でご利用ください。
